I. Background
Our company specializes in rare earth polishing powder, mainly targeting the international cross-border market. In August 2023, we received an inquiry from RFL in Bangladesh through this platform. The client intended to purchase cerium oxide and needed to verify product performance, parameter indicators and stability first, requesting sample delivery together with a full set of test reports.
II. Sample Coordination & Delivery Process
Accurate Demand Matching
We prepared micron-grade cerium oxide samples with a purity of 99.95% as required by the client, and provided product quality inspection documents including MSDS and COA simultaneously.
Efficient Sample Delivery
Samples were shipped via FedEx priority service and delivered to Bangladesh within 3 days. Brand-customized packaging was adopted, along with an English thank-you card and preferential terms for bulk orders.
Full-process Follow-up & Feedback
Logistics information was updated daily after shipment. Upon client’s receipt, we proactively held a video conference to conduct remote product demonstration, and promptly answered questions regarding application, cleaning and other concerns.
III. Order Conversion Results
The client was highly satisfied with our product performance, quality control and service after testing. A first bulk order of 3 tons of cerium oxide, totaling USD 10,000, was placed on the 7th day after sample receipt. Two additional repeat orders were placed within the following 3 months, with a cumulative cooperation value exceeding USD 50,000. We have since become a stable supplier for the brand in Bangladesh.
