【Product features】

(1) CeO₂ has good oxygen storage through controlling the surface activity of CeO₂, thus restrain the oxidation of side chain.

(2) CeO₂ and silicone rubber has good compatibility which is helpful for them mixing fully, through controlling the size and surface characteristics of CeO₂.
 
【Application methods】
    The addition of ceria into silicone rubber can prevent the side chain from oxidative crosslinking and main chain cyclization degradation. In a certain temperature range, it can prevent the free radical reaction produced by oxidation in the silicone rubber, and can regenerate under the action of oxygen in the air; by absorbing some trace acid or alkaline substances which can catalyze the degradation reaction in the silicone rubber.
