 Different types of oxide electrolytes have varying production costs and chemical properties due to their different materials. The currently highly recognized material systems in the market are LATP LLZO and LLTO. Among them, LATP has the lowest production cost, but Ti4+is easily reduced by lithium, making it unstable for lithium metal; LLZO has the highest comprehensive ionic conductivity and best thermal stability, but it contains rare metals, has high cost, and high sintering temperature. Through modification and modification (doping with Al/Ta, surface coating), it can achieve optimal performance; LLTO crystal has the highest conductivity, but high grain boundary resistance leads to low overall conductivity and instability of lithium metal.
